If you wish to return something due to change of mind, please contact team@zebraff.com.au with your order number for further instructions. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and items must be unworn and in original packaging.

If something has arrived damaged, or you believe an item is defective, please take a photo of it within 48 hours of receiving the package and email us at team@zebraff.com.au explaining the issue and we will assist.

Items on sale cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
